Starting point
Appliance projects usually begin with a drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample. When no drawing exists, part measurement rebuilds the geometry so tooling can be designed.
Material and finish
ABS, PP, PC and PC-ABS cover most housing, cover and duct applications. Surface finish and joining method, such as ultrasonic welding, are agreed during drawing review and proven on samples.
From sample to production
Samples are approved before production starts, and inspection options are set with you according to the part’s critical dimensions and appearance.
